About the role:
This is a full-time permanent position based in Turner ACT however will be servicing clients from Southern NSW (Cooma, Queanbeyan, Goulburn and Yass.) Starting base annual salary of $79,823 to $87,169 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

About the opportunity:
Uniting is seeking a passionate Specialist Aftercare Coach to join our team in Turner ACT. This position will require travel to clients in Cooma, Queanbeyan, Goulburn and Yass and a pool car will be provided for travel.
The Specialist Aftercare Coach is to support care leavers aged 18 to 24 to achieve a successful transition to adulthood. This is achieved through casework and coordination to facilitate access to universal and targeted services to address the domains of the NSW Human Services Outcomes Framework to help young people achieve their goals. Coaches may support through various methods such as general and intensive casework (including remote support), group work and mentoring.
