This is a part-time Support Coordinator contract opportunity (maternity leave coverage) to work 48 hours a fortnight until 4th March 2026.
About the Opportunity
The role involves assisting National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants in exploring service options (mainstream, community, and provider-based) and supporting them to manage their NDIS plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Additionally, the position focuses on building participants' capacity to manage their supports, understand their service agreements, prepare for plan reviews and learn or maintain skills to live as independently as possible within the community.
