Roster
Our service operates from 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This opportunity is a four-week rotating roster that requires flexibility including afternoon shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Specialist Homelessness Services SHS Youth of Uniting provides crisis supported accommodation with case management, for people aged 16-24 years old, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our services provide 24/7 onsite support and assistance with education, employment, referral into counselling services, health services, living skills and parenting programs.
About the Role
The Youth Worker is responsible for assisting clients to access safe, affordable and stable accommodation. This includes providing holistic support and advise from intake to exit. The Youth worker will also offer referral to medical services. You will assist in enabling clients to overcome barriers which have contributed to their homelessness or risk of homelessness.
