About the role
This is a fixed-term opportunity working full time until March 2023 (with possible extension) and will be based in Coffs Harbour.
This role is responsible for the initial engagement and assessment of young people connecting with the Futures Planning and Support Pilot Program (FPS). This role will provide case-management support for young people assessed as requiting intensive case-management to meet with goals.
The FPS program is delivered in partnership with Burrun Dalai. This role is required to work closely with colleagues from Burrun Dalai and under the overall direction of the Burrun Dalai Program Manager.
