Uniting’s Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) service offers recovery-oriented support to individuals living with mental health concerns. The HASI service aims to support people to reach their own goals which may include employment, tenancy maintenance, physical health and mental health improvements.

Your new role

The role of the Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, and leading their team to deliver an efficient, effective and best practice service to consumers.

You manage relationships with partner organisations, and coordinate referrals for the best outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in health sciences, social sciences, or demonstrated industry experience with Certificate 4 in Mental Health, Community Services or Case Management
• Previous experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff
• Ability to problem solve
• Working with Children Check
• Current drivers’ license
• Willing to undergo National Criminal Record Check

Desirable

• Mental Health First Aid
• First Aid Certificate
• Child Protection Training
