Hourly Rate: $32.20 - $34.76 per hour + $0.99 per km and travel time reimbursement
Location: Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches

What you’ll be doing in this role
We require qualified aged care workers to care for clients who are transitioning out of the hospital and into the Northern Sydney Local Health District's Transitional Aged Care Program.
In this role, you will empower independence and improve the quality of life for clients living in the Northern Sydney Area as you provide practical support and companionship for older people returning home after a stay in the hospital. You’ll be required to travel to client’s homes and communities using your own car.
