As an experienced and inclusive Manager you'll play a key role delivering the highest level of exceptional customer service experiences within an organisation that has a Community heart and focus to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice - We are Uniting.

With a thorough and demonstrated understanding of IT and its machinations combined with an understanding of trends, challenges and opportunities. With solid experience in business improvement analysis you can solicit, understand and document business processes and workflows to define and communicate customer service standards to ensure collaborative and collective success

As Senior Manager, Customer Service you will be a proud advocator, you have the energy, and the nous, you are a credible positive influencer. You are  flexible, adaptive and can present concise plans and ideas to executive level in a complex and diverse work environment. 

About you, your experience, your capabilities

Degree qualified, track record of 10 to 15 years experience in your field of expertise. All encompassing passion for service excellence and you know instinctively how to artfully, and subtly recommend corrective action plans to drive service improvement. 

You have excellent networking and collaboration skills to ensure customer centricity is at the heart of our complex and unpredictable environment. Solid experience managing a highly qualified professional team directly and through matrix approaches across functions and services.
