About the role
This is a full-time (35 hours/ week), permanent opportunity and will be based in Dubbo, NSW
This role is responsible for leading culturally affirmative operations, practice, and outcomes delivery, for planning, budgeting, and reporting on activities as well as leading Youth Services & Counselling focused key practice approaches across the region.
This role is focused on the effective operation of Youth Services and Counselling programs, ensuring that a high-quality program is delivered and that all program specifications and funding requirements are met. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of contract monitoring, compliance, and accountability, and for the day-to-day service delivery systems of your programs.
About Uniting’s Western NSW Region’s Youth Services and Counselling programs
This leadership and management role within the Western NSW Region’s management team and is responsible for the management of the Western NSW, Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS/Doorways), Reconnect, TEI Youth First, Family Options Counselling and National Debt Helpline
