This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with flexibility to work between home and our Parramatta CBD location.
We are open to full time or 4 days per week - (salary pro-rata)
About the role:
We are seeking to expand our Organisational Enablement impact by welcoming another highly engaged, driven Organisational Enablement Specialist to our passionate and dedicated team.
In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders on new and existing OD initiatives that support and enable leadership, engagement, wellbeing, recognition, performance, career development and capability development.
Partnering with our HR Business Partners, our Learning & Development team and our Senior Leaders across Uniting, you will play a key role in building the capability of our people and driving our inclusive, safe, innovative and person-centred culture.

In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and develop specific organisational enablement projects that have a focus on capability assessment and development, the creation of career development pathways, leadership development, employee engagement and wellbeing.
