About the role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Organisational Design Coordinator . In this role, you will play a  foundational part in supporting the career development and mobility of our workforce by, focusing on qualification and skills mapping. Reporting to the Organisational Enablement Lead within our People and Culture function, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with various teams to identify and document qualifications required for all roles at Uniting.
  • Reviewing and updating position descriptions to accurately reflect qualification requirements.
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive governance process to maintain up-to-date qualification standards.
  • Establishing a central repository for all related documents to ensure accessibility and transparency.
  • Developing a streamlined process for capturing and storing employee qualifications.
  • Assisting in the administration and delivery of our skills mapping project.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical skills for handling complex information.
  • Project administration expertise with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and records management.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • A keen understanding of leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

Extra Desirable:

  • Experience within the aged care or community services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Ideally, candidates should possess 3 or more years of experience in human resources.
