About the Opportunity

Uniting Early Learning is currently seeking a dedicated 2IC Educator to join the team to work at Uniting Outside School Hours Care Engadine.   We are currently looking for an experienced Educator with a genuine passion to enhance the learning of all children and to provide the support that children need to thrive in. This is an exciting full time contract position till December 2022.

Your key duties will include:

• Being accountable for supervision of children and ensuring their safety
• Supporting the ongoing development of the children
• Participating in all aspects of the day to day running of the centre
• Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Children Services and/or OSHC Services
• Approved child protection clearance
• Valid First Aid Course
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Understanding of diversity and inclusive practice
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to working within the values of Uniting Children, Young People and Families.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
