About the role:
Implement our return to work program which is focused on fostering a culture that embraces workplace based rehabilitation and the provision of suitable duties to encourage and support safe, durable and timely outcomes.
In this multifaceted role you will be engaging with wide variety of internal stakeholders and collaborate with key business areas to support and nurture people back to health and work.
Working in some challenging environments you will be supported by a group of experienced and highly skilled team of peers to ensure you thrive in your new role.
Requiring some regular travel, this role will have you providing key support and guidance to people leaders and wider organisation as a subject matter expert.
