About the Opportunity

The Workforce Lead is responsible for leading a team of Support Schedulers / Administrators and the local workforce planning function to make a real difference in the delivery of person-centred Home and Community Care services. With a focus on efficiency, resource optimisation and continuous improvement, this role ensures optimal local resources are available to meet client needs and exceed service standards.

This role can be based out of our Port Macquarie and Tamworth Offices.

With a focus on efficiency, resource optimisation and continuous improvement, this role ensures optimal local resources are available to meet client needs and exceed service standards.

About You

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in a relevant field such as Business, Aged Care or Healthcare (or equivalent experience) working towards or Certificate qualifications with equivalent experience and work skills also considered
  • Current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to ensure that the voice of the customer is heard and valued
  • Knowledge of and experience with employment agreements/industrial relations, workforce planning, scheduling and forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience working within Aged Care or Community Services
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills with the customer always at the centre
  • Proficient in using multiple computer applications/systems and willingness to learn new systems/programs as required
