What you’ll be doing in this role

Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience. 

This role can be based out of our Port Macquarie or Tamworth Offices.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries
• Scheduling of clients and Support Workers
• Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

• Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.
• Exceptional team player 
• Aged Care experience is preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationships
