This exciting Senior Leadership role is responsible for leading the delivery of integrated, person-centred services to our aged care clients within the North Coast and North West NSW region, including home and community care, independent living and residential aged care.
OUR ROLE PURPOSE
The primary focus is on ensuring the sustainable operation of Seniors Services as well as driving continuous growth in line with the strategic business plan and overarching service models.
You will play a key leadership role as a member of the Seniors Services directorate. As the Head of Seniors Services, will see you champion collaboration and ensuring integration across the directorate, and Uniting more broadly, to deliver seamless and impactful end to end services with the client at the centre.
You’ll maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance based on Uniting’s values to promote our reputation with key internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with your colleagues and leadership team to translate business strategies into relevant plans and actions that enable the provision of person-centred service delivery to clients.
