About the Opportunity

Uniting Outside of School Hours Care Currans Hill provide engaging programs that are fun, safe and rewarding for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. 

Our thoughtfully planned programs are designed to enhance many of the skills your child learns at school along with their life skills, while keeping them engaged and entertained.

What you’ll be doing in this role
As a qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework! 

Your work may include:

  • Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
  • Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes 

Who we’re looking for

  • Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job OSHC experience (preferred)
  • Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
  • A work history that demonstrates a strong understanding and use of the My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
