About the role:

Full time permanent role – Parramatta CBD as a base location – Flexible work arrangements

As the Change Analyst you will work with the Change team to deliver several key training strategies, communication engagement and activities, develop and deliver training materials to identify and measure adoption of change.

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis
  • Prepare and execute clear and timely change communication and engagement plans as well as delivery of activities to enable adoption of change
  • Create and deliver presentations and other comms materials
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to the design process and support the Customer Transformation team build and implement change capability
  • Coordinate communications, go live notifications, quick reference guides, FAQ’s surveys, forums, and presentations to support the implementation of change initiatives
  • Assist to facilitate change workshops with business stakeholders, including involvement in working groups.

About you:

As an energetic, solutions focussed professional you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong active listening skills, superb organisational and time management abilities. You can work effectively at multiple levels in a large and complex organisation with the ability to engage, manage and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant degree such as communication, psychology, business or equivalent and relevant to field of work - Comms, Psych, or business
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a change management field
  • Experience with implementation of organisational change such as system or process change
  • Experience with creating and delivering presentations and other communication material
  • Good experience with survey tools and creating survey questions
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Even better:

  • Experience with Lean, HCD or Agile change approaches
