Opening in early 2021, Foyer Central is located in the heart of Sydney offering 53 innovative one of a kind apartment style accommodation for young people with a lived experience of out of home care.

Foyer Central is a bold new social impact evidence-based program opening doors for young people aged 18-22 to engage in education, training and employment opportunities.

As an administration officer you will be responsible for office management including all administration process, back of house coordinator and being the face of our Foyer Central reception.

About the Role:

• Part Time Permanent 60 hours fortnight 
• Front of house reception for our Foyer Central office
• Ensuring written correspondence is reviewed and prioritised with subsequent actions identified and distributed, and effective responses provided as directed
• Actioning the procurement of goods and services
• Managing IT issues ad liaise with IT support
• Document control and management including sourcing, copying and desktop publication of reports and other complex documents ensuring preparation to a high level of quality and in a timely, accurate and communicable manner
• Providing ongoing support to ensure business continuity

About you:

• Qualification in administrative support services or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Administrative Support experience
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in office specific administrative coordination
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and effective relationship building skills.
• High level attention to detail.
• Ability to work co-operatively to fulfil individual and team performance
• Proficiency in customer service/client relations, including the ability to deal with queries and complaints with discretion and tact
