  • Your mental health support skills will have the chance to shine while you work with clients to understand and address their needs. 
  • You’ll be an advocate for people of all ages experiencing mental health challenges, and look to support their wellbeing and recovery. 
  • A typical day might include meeting a client for a chat in our offices or in a park, accessing medical assistance, getting out and about in the community, or helping to find volunteer work. 
  • You’ll provide a range of individualised psychosocial supports for your clients.
  • You’ll collaboratively develop and monitor individual recovery plans and goals.
  • You’ll promote positive self-care strategies, enrich social and living skills, and increase vocational skills and access to education and training
  • You’ll document and share progress with your team, while maintaining confidentiality.  
  • We’ll support you with training and development in your areas of interest.
