  • Your early learning education skills will have the chance to shine while you teach and care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. 
  • You’ll focus on supporting learning through play and discovery, planning and implementing age-appropriate experiences, and supervising children’s learning and play environments.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of programs which reflect the approved learning framework. 
  • You’ll have the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture for our children. 
  • You’ll be a children’s advocate and honour the rights of each child, and their families and communities, to be treated respectfully, equitably and inclusively.
  • We’ll encourage you to have collaborative partnerships with families, working together to provide the most appropriate care and education for each child.
  • We’ll also support you with training and development in your areas of interest, and encourage your career progression to Room Leader, Education Leader, Director and Area Manager.
