Join our permanency support team and make a real difference.

  • Your social work skills will have the chance to shine as you visit families in their homes, assess family issues and provide a range of supports to children, young people and families.
  • Your support will include parenting and relationship coaching, and making referrals to other services offering supports to address issues with mental health, drugs and alcohol, education, domestic violence, housing, finances and the law.
  • You’ll advocate for keeping children and young people safe, and for keeping families together when possible.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to use a range of specific intervention models.
  • We’ll support you with training and development in your areas of interest.
